Restez branchés, kompa direk still Kennyway! GOD Bless !
Kenny Desmangles

Born in a small city called Deschapelle, Haiti, Anne always felt different from all of the other kids around her, she was the quiet and shy one. Her mother moved to the U.S. just when Anne was 8 years of age and her father, Ernst Lorient could no longer care for Anne and her younger sister Marlie anymore, so Anne and Marlie moved about an hour away to be with their grandmother.
After 3 years of living with their grandmother the sisters moved together to the U.S to be with their mother. Having lost the relationship built her mother back in Haiti and her father no longer being around, Anne felt alone in a strange world, having no friends or even knowing the language Anne was bullied in school throughout her whole elementary years. As she proceed on to middle school, Anne had fully learned the American culture and language, she was adapting fast and well. She started writing about her daily activities in her journal, she called it “girls stuff”.
After filling up so many diaries, Anne though maybe she could turn her writings into poems after attending a talent show at her local high school. She then proceed to write her first poem called “Fear” with a close friend from church. Filled with excitement and enthusiasm, she begin writing more and more poems, performing them at shows, weddings, galas and churches.
Her plan is to essentially be a role model through her arts, to be an inspiration and a motivation for other individual through her words, her goal is to uplift and strengthen individuals through her words.

The Haitian Compas Festival is a Two-Day Affair!
December 5, 2016 – Miami, Florida – Noel & Cecibon Productions has earned the title of pioneer and innovator because all of their main events have always taken center stage. The Haitian Compas Festival is one such event that keeps Noel & Cecibon Productions working throughout the year to become bigger and better. 2017 will prove to be one of their largest endeavors as Rodney Noel and Jean Michel Cerenord take on the challenge of producing the Haitian Compas Festival as a two-day event. On Saturday, May 20, 2017 and Sunday, May 21, 2017 Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami will be transformed into a Haitian Music Mecca.
“After almost two decades, we wanted to give people something larger than life to look forward to and we thought – ‘Why not make the festival a two-day event?’ We would love to fit more bands into our show and by making it a Saturday and Sunday presentation it allows us to bring some of the top acts in Haitian Music to Miami. We are excited to try something new,” says Rodney Noel, Co-Founder of Noel & Cecibon Productions.
